Lovely hotel, everyone working there was lovely and attentive if needed. The restaurant served delicious fresh food. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast tasty and as a gluten free person, a lovely treat to have a GF pastry. Would recommend and the leisure facilities are a bonus.

The inside of the hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and all spoke English. The facilities were spotless, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the location was unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown. Everything from restaurants and shopping to major tourist attractions was just a short walk away. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was compact but used the space well. We tried the outdoor pool but it was unheated and cool for being at the end of a hot summer. The indoor Roman bath was better. We normally don’t get breakfast through the hotels we stay at , but did here because of the reviews. It was an extensive breakfast so we were happy we did this. I would fully recommend this hotel. It is a short 2 minute walk to old town.

Our room which overlooked the city was lovely, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The parking was well worth the extra payment and had an EV charger which was useful for us. The location is excellent within walking distance of all major sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommended and will be staying again.

Recommended hotel to stay in Braga

The service was amazing. The best location just steps away from the old city. Parking basement is very convenient and clean. The room is beuatiful, clean, spacious. The breakfast is very good. Big pool and garden. Very happy to stay in this hotel. We will come back to Innside hotel.

Mother and daughter trip

The hotel is clean and nice and breakfast was good. Downsides were two. For one, the mattress was quite hard. The second was that we had a late flight home. We could not check out late, which I understood completely. I did ask the desk service if we could stay at the hotel and use the pool area after check out. That was not supposed to be a problem. However, on the check out day we could not use the pool area after three o'clock and it didn’t matter if there was noone using it. This felt a bit confusing and the answer on a level of "computer says no". So my answer for the service is colored by this communication.

Ideal location, brand new hotel

Brand new hotel, set up in the historic district with easy walking access to the pedestrian zone / historic district of Braga. Believe it opened June 2024. We opted for the daily breakfast which was well worth it and thoroughly enjoyed. Also scheduled a massage at their spa which we highly recommend. There’s an outdoor pool which we did not use but it would be lovely in warmer weather. We did use the indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms. Overall a lovely stay, attentive staff and ideal location.

We really enjoyed our stay. for us it was the perfect accomodation, for every weather you will have a possibility (indoor pool, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, indoor fitness room, outdoor chill area. It's central but at the same time very quiet in the hotel. The breakfast gives you nice selection to start the day. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. to get around you will have a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel or other stops just a few minutes to walk. if you rent a car you will have some possibilities for public parking (round about 5min walk distance, but often occupied), or outdoor parking for a fee in front of the hotel or immediately at the hotel two parking garages against a fee but you will probably find parking spot without any issues. The only thing that was a bit inconvinient was (and i dont know if that is the case in every room or maybe just ours): we were not able to change AC/ Fan/ Room temperature with the touchscreen, every option was locked. so every time it got to warm or too cold we needed to bother the staff of front desk that they would chance the settings via central system. They did it each time without any issues, but I think for both sides it is just an inconvinence. Also don't know if it even could be changed or linked to a central system that in general could only be changed by front desk. But everything else was just perfect. If we visit Braga again, this is our first choice.
