Comfortable and Clean

We really liked all the updated fixtures and lights. My favorite was sitting out in the closed in patio and watching the ducks.

çrazy story - when we were within 100 miles (of a 500 miles trip) to get to Branson, we were told by Vacasa that the condo we had booked was not available....frustrating to say the least - we were told to contact 'relocation' - which we did and after some back and forth we chose this place and what a blessing it turned out to be. . the place is spacious - clean - bright - lovely sun porch - huge TV - comfy leather couch - awesome King bed - and had everything we needed - also very easy load in - car parked just a few feet from the door. Highly recommend. Sadly it rained a lot and we both caught colds, so we definitely plan to come back when the sun is shining -

Incredible Sunroom

Very nice unit. The sunroom is incredible. Only suggestion would be to add a couple of small side tables. At least one in the sunroom. Would definitely rent again.

Very Nice Stay

Great place the only issue was no book for details on tv direction, trash and leaving protocols. We stayed a week for Praisefest and enjoyed our visit.

Nice condo, very clean

Beds are hard, so if you like hard beds, this is the one for you. Right outside the front door is a lift pumping station for a sewage, and it does give off a slight smell, not noticeable inside the condo, but definitely as soon as you walk out the front door. I let them know about this, and hopefully they will contact whoever maintains these facilities. But otherwise, it was spotless inside, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths, etc.

Nice unit

Nice clean unit. Just a few small issues. Upon arrival we looked everywhere for the parking passes that we were told had to be put in our vehicles. They were not there. I placed a call to the 800 customer service number, but was on hold for at least 20 minutes. I ended up doing an online chat. I was told that I would be contacted by the local representative by phone, but in the whole time we were there, no one ever contacted me. There was an ironing board, but no iron. We couldn’t find a hairdryer and there was no ice maker in the refrigerator, only 2 ice trays. Also, there were no dish towels in the unit. The missing iron and hairdryer would have been good to have known about. Thankfully I checked for the hairdryer before I got in the shower.Overall, it was a very nice and comfortable unit, and I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again. I would just be sure to bring my own dryer, and clothes that don’t need ironed.
