Enjoy the property. Nice and cozy getaway. Guests above us were noisy until 11:30 PM. Had some water issues where the well ran out of water. I was able to contact property manager after two phone calls. The water was restored later that evening.

Very peaceful and relaxing time at the lake. The rental is far enough from Branson to give solitude. Enjoyed the time spent there.

Restful Place to Stay

We enjoyed a nice weekend getaway. The location was nice for getting to attractions, but also quiet on the lake. It was so nice to be able to walk to the lake shore and enjoy the sunset. Neighbors were a little noisy, but there was a sound machine provided. The bed was super comfy and we slept great!

Loved the location and Nature

This was a romantic three day getaway for us and was an awesome place to unplug and relax. Property has lakefront access and it was an easy drive into Branson. We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the property. The mattress was new but a bit too soft for our personal preference. But again, that is a very subjective preference. I would definately go back!

Came to enjoy my birthday weekend and wake up to the lake. This was just what I needed. The hot water was endless as I enjoyed the jacuzzi as much as I could. The fireplace in the living room was a great touch and kept me warm and cozy. And the bed...best that I've ever slept in. May not be for you if you don't like soft, but if you want to feel like a warm soft hug, this is the bed for you. Wonderful place. Made beans and stew meat for dinner. No oven but everything else you could want.

Long family weekend

The property was clean. We booked with 4 guests with a very late check in. So we did not notice that there were only 2 bath towels until the next morning. I did call management and they did bring more towels but only after I was told that 2 towels was their standard policy. I would think it would be policy to provide enough towels per guests at a minimum with a few extra. The lake in front of the property is nice but not really able to swim as it’s too rocky, unless you walk to the dock to swim off of. I was a little disappointed that there were no beach/swim towels offered. I received multiple calls and texts asking for a 5 star review. That was a little annoying. It was nice but not stocked well with extra towels, bedding, pillows.

Expected better access to the lake. The dock was not maintained. If you are over 75 be aware the jacuzzi tub is very large and hard to get in and out of.

Basic unit but great lake access

The unit was clean and nicely decorated but basic and a full kitchen would have been a plus. The outdoor area was great. The dock for swimming and fishing and the lily pads for the kids to play on. The kayaks and paddle boards were great, too. Would stay here again.
