It's located off of a back road on a cul-de-sac for maximum safety and privacy and all on one level with a nicely flowing floorplan. Outdoors, youngsters will love the level yard, and everyone can enjoy the patio with seating next to the water, plus the private dock where you can enjoy some water activities with the 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, a canoe, and a rowboat available. There's an additional association beach available to visit nearby. Back inside, you'll find a great room that looks out over the deck and lake. Flatscreen TVs with DVD players and cable are in three bedrooms, so there are a variety of entertainment choices for the whole household. Grab your crew and make vacation memories!

Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
*Trash service is not available at this property. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
