Comfortable place close to town!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for everyone and close to town but also far enough away to be able to enjoy quiet and privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious Breckenridge Getaway

Lots of room, great mountain views, and plenty of accomodations - the hot tub is a great bonus as well! Also very close to the free ride bus stops to easily get to downtown Breckenridge.

Family vacation

Loved our stay here. Very spacious and comfortable for 7 adults and 2 children. Great game room and hot tub snd close to hiking and biking trails as well as the town of Breckinridge.

Amazing weekend stay!

Stayed over a long holiday weekend and the house was perfect. Very close to the Breck shuttle stop and also downtown. Two families stayed and there was plenty of space. Loved the views, hot tub, and large garage to park out of the weather.

Awesome, Spacious, Clean

Beautiful, huge, well appointed and super clean. It doesn’t get any better! Walking trails by a creek for long walks with the dog. And the neighborhood is super quiet. We will be back!

Perfect Home Away from Home

This home was the perfect place for two families to stay together. Beautiful, spacious and CLEAN! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need. We really appreciated the vaporizers to help us cope with the dry mountain air and the boot dryers to dry out our boots between ski sessions. Communication was quick and easy. There was zero evidence of pets being there despite it being a pet friendly property. Next time we will bring our dog! We would definitely rent again - summer or winter!

Great stay

Great location, just two blocks to bus stop and short drive to town. The property accommodated our family of 6 easily. We did experience some issues with the hut tub and washing machine but the MGMT company responded within the hour to offer assistance. I will stay here again.

Great place for our big family & pup

Beautiful big pet friendly place! Everyone had their own bathroom, which was amazing! Proximity to town was just right. Not too far, not too close. Great response when we had one concern. We rent at least 3 times a year and this was the quickest response we have received! Highly recommend as a pet friendly place!

Awesome property

This house was perfect for 7 adults! Bedrooms were spacious, the living rooms gave us plenty of space to hang out, the pool table in the basement was a pleasant surprise, everything was neat and clean. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Vista Ridge

Our stay was great. Loved that home was ready few hours early. That was great for our group. Lots of space to be together but also plenty of space to spread out. Hot tub was cleaned out and refilled for our arrival. It was heated and ready within a few hours. Appreciated all the fans, blankets, great patio with umbrella, walking path next to home. We had a wonderful stay.

Great house and location

Property manager was easy to communicate with and house is great location to walking trails and buses. Fridge leaked out of bottom when trying to use water dispenser. Property manager tried to get vendor to fix but apparently it was a bigger issue and they said they’d fix after we left. Downstairs showers didn’t drain so standing water when showering but all minor issues to us. We really enjoyed our stay and was perfect for our ski vacation!

Mountain Wedding

This is a beautiful, and spacious cabin. It's accurately described. We enjoyed the little trails that winded through the homes. We were in town for a wedding which was at Sapphire Point Overlook. It was convenient to downtown Breckenridge. I had a couple of questions which the management answered promptly. I would come here again. Thank you for letting us use your cabin!

Family Trip - Breckenridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect, only a few minutes from downtown. The house was dirty. The area rugs and Berber so worn and filthy they need to be replaced. Limited kitchen towels, garbage bags. The walls need fresh paint from all the nicks, dings and missing paint. All molding, doors and stair banister need new stain. The majority of bed pillows had yellow/dirt stains. Every wall picture had a layer of dust. Several blinds were either missing the turn rod or broken. Many windows were missing screens. The hot tub was hit or miss on heat button. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Patio furniture was minimal. A few chairs on balcony would be wonderful to sit and enjoy the mountain view. The deck and railing either needs to be repainted or replaced.

Nice location - home needs some repairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and ready when we arrived. The pool table in the basement has a pocket that is broken and the staples are dangerous if you try to remove balls from pocket. The home has heating issues. All bedrooms were cold with the exception of basement and master bedroom. No matter the heat setting the master was boiling hot I think due to open wall to first floor. That in addition to the house being so dry resulted in very poor sleeping. It’s a shame since it’s such a nice house. We got our 1st good sleep or first night home.
