Amazing house in Breck

The property is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Has its own hot tub and shuttle. Only negative is that the management company didn’t supply the shuttle information so a little guess work. Either way, we loved the property and look forward to visiting again!

Great setup for a family. The large open kitchen family room is nice. The location is good and not too far from town. Btw Ryan at the management company is super responsive.

Girls trip

The property is beautiful and in a great location, quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was beautiful, well laid out & lots of extra supplies that you might need for cooking or sleeping; they really set the place up well and we really appreciate that! We've stayed in dozens of vrbos and this one was amazing but the reason the review is so low was the communication and the hot tub. We only stayed two nights and were hoping for a nice, relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day of skiing and driving and the first night the hot tub was only at 86 and never warmed up. After multiple attempts of calling and emailing no one got back to me until the next morning and told me they had to drain it because the previous tenants left it a mess, which I understand but communication would have been appropriate, especially because in the days leading up to our stay I had mentioned our excitement about the hot tub for our girls weekend. They already knew we were expecting to go into the hot tub so they should have told us about it not being available. I was thinking I would book the place again, especially when we first walked in, I was excited about it, but after the whole hot tub situation, now I'm just hesitant to stay here again.Book again book again unfortunately

Great Location and Property

Stayed here for a quick hike/ski trip in the Breckenridge area and it was a great location! It was super close to Breck, easy access to the interstate, and a beautiful condo with a secluded hot tub for privacy.
