Breck stay

Great location - very close to Peak 8&7 via the free shuttle that stops just up the road. The shuttle can also take you to/from town with ease. Accommodation itself was perfect - including having ski locker downstairs and parking passes.

Good location, well kept apartment in road leading to peak 8 walking distance to Peak 8 summer activity Clean and spacious for family of 4 to 6 check-in was flawless and exceptionally good communication Only negative point is that the apartment is for 6 people only The bunk bed not useful as it is very close to ceiling and in summer not comfortable as the unit in on top floor with heat radiating from ceiling wanted to give 4.5 stars but Vrbo allows only full stars

Relaxing enjoyable stay

It was super easy to access, very close to the shuttle stop, easy to get into town and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed cooking meals and relaxing in the living room at the end of each day.

Convenient, great location, functional

This is just what we needed for our skip trip: conveniently located 100 yards from the bus stop, just one stop away from peak 7&8 base. Some mountain views. Well furnished appartment, with nice appliances, very practical with 2 kids.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Excellent condo. Nice kitchen appliances and cookware. Comfortable living room and bedrooms.Clean. Quick walking distance to Free Ride stop (busses can be crowded and you may have to wait for a second bus). Condo sleeps 8 but all 8 people need to know each other well. Bunks sleep 4 (2 on each bunk), second bedroom has a queen. Pullout sofa sleeps 2 small children. Definitely would stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Summit Rentals was fantastic. The unit itself could really use a little TLC. The couch is very worn as well as the carpet and bedding. A fresh coat of paint would also work wonders. But our stay overall was great.

Wish I knew

I wish I knew the water turns off frequently. According to neighbors it turns off without warning and without knowing when it will be turned back on. We were without water for hours. After the fourth trip to town to use other facilities, we had no choice but to make other accommodations for the remainder of our trip (three days - two nights remained). I have yet to receive a refund or any communication from the owner or property management. Otherwise, property is clean and comfortable, and location is fine. Roads in this area including parking lot are not plowed unless they receive 3" of snow or more making parking tricky.

Great cottage close to hiking routes and ski resort

Enjoyed a lot staying in this 2-bedroom apartment with the cozy fireplace. We hiked every day in the woods, the peak trail is just a mile away.

Cozy, Comfy, & Quaint Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo met our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and each room is decorated so nicely. The kitchen is equipped fully to your needs! It was a surprise to see items like oil, flour, sugar, seasonings, ect...for cooking. We didn’t use anything, because we ate out both days we were there, but useful if we did want to cook. The flight up the stairs to very top gave us a great workout. Keep that in mind if you are hauling a bunch of stuff!

No where to park yet promised 2 spots. Had to lug all the stuff up 3 flights of stairs which was not told. And could not get in. Then the property management people started a text chain and said very rude things about me. Never would go back and not a good management company. And they make it look like it has a loft and it’s just windows. And it smelled strange.

Great place for a small family

This condo was the perfect size for our family, close to peak 8 and to downtown. I wish the appliances like stove, blender and mixer were updated, I was only able to use two burners of the stove, the blender started smoking as soon as we tried to use it and the mixer was missing the beaters. Other than that our stay was perfect,

Great location - nothing fancy.

This place is in a great location to hop on a free shuttle bus to the slopes. The water pressure is great for your shower! The space was totally functional for a few days of skiing with friends. Nothing fancy - not attractively decorated. This is on the 3rd floor - lots of stairs! It is a quiet area - only an occasional dog bark was heard. The unit is basic and dated - I had allergic reactions to unit. Maybe dusty or dirty old carpet. But it provided us with everything we needed.

Last minute booking

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a last minute booking as we had to fly to Breck early. I was not aware this was a third floor walkup and coming in late this was extremely inconvenient and difficult to get into with kids, luggage and groceries. The unit was decent and roomy enough but could use some updating. The step off into the living room was also really dangerous with the bar stools! It was also difficult to find at night. It suited our needs for two days but would not stay long term.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in Breckenridge for the past four years. We have always stayed at Gold camp which is across the street from peak 8Village, but this stay was exceptional. Summit mountain rentals really went all out. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. There were so many toiletries and towels and washcloths available as well as dishwasher pellets, trash bags, cookware etc. The smart TV had Roku, Apple TV, Netflix, so in the evenings we watched family movies together. The shuttle stops walking distance up the hill, so we were one of the first ones on the slopes! The beds are super comfy, and there are two bathrooms which makes it much easier with two families. The couch pulls out into a queen pillow top mattress bed, we were fighting over who would sleep there instead of the beds, LOL. Because we cooked all of our meals there, we stopped for groceries in Frisco at Safeway. While I was doing a load of laundry in the next building over, building C, my family went up to start skiing. I took a shuttle later on in the day by myself and within a couple of minutes I met up with them. Upon arrival into Breckenridge, management team was in constant contact via text message to let us know that the condo will be ready earlier than the 4 o’clock check-in. We went snowmobiling it’s a blinding in Leadville which is about 45 minutes away. Great times!We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place, with plenty of room for 4 people. Very clean and comfortable. Only negative was that the unit was located on the third floor of the building which made climbing up the stairs exhausting after a day of skiing.
