The condo is in a perfect location to walk anywhere in Breckenridge, from main street to the gondolas. There is ample space for everyone with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals, and it was great to have a washer/drier as well. This is a great place to stay, highly recommended!

Great location

Bus stop is right behind unit. Easy to get to and from mountian. Can walk downtown after a day of skiing and avoid having to park again.

great family vacation

This is a wonderful place for a family vacation. It accommodated the six adults comfortably. The hot tub is right across the driveway, so no long trek to get there. The bus to the top of the gondola is right around the side of the condo.

Felt Like Home Away From Home

The property was in excellent condition and in a great location being just minutes walking distance from downtown Breckenridge and the gondola for access to the mountain. The owners were very proactive ahead of the trip, and responsive during the stay. We had a wonderful visit and hope to do it again in the future.

Gorgeous Property Walkng Distance to the Lifts

We were surprised to be able to find a condo withing walking distance so soon before our trip but this property had it all. Upstairs/downstairs, Patio, large den and kitchen, garage and walking distance to the lifts. It was very clean and comfortable and we would highly recommend this property.

Great balance of location, size, price

Compared to other available properties this fit our needs very well. It worked best to take the shuttle to the slopes. I think it may have been a pandemic issue that the shuttles to the mountain and back quit at 11 AM. The Gondola was still available. The ski in option was great. Chief reason for 4 stars was property needs a more thorough cleaning. It would take a minor investment to update linens, and fix or replace a nearly non functional dresser in the master bedroom. The cloth furniture and pillows in living room were visibly dirty and decades old. The carpet was also quite dingy, old. Blinds were thick with dust as was the refrigerator vent. It just wasn't "mom clean"

Breckenridge House

The check in process was easy. The location is ideal as it's a quick 10 minute walk to downtown. There is no a/c but they did provide fans, although one was broken. We kept the windows open which kept the place cool. One small snag in the washer machine, it started but would not complete the spin rinse cycle so we had to ring out the clothes and put into the dryer. It's fortunate we only had to wash one load. There are three bedrooms and three bath rooms but be aware 2 bedrooms are downstairs with only one bathroom and the other two were upstairs with just the master bed room .The kitchen was good but we ate out because of all the good restaurants in town. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the washing machine issue.

Great place to stay in Breck

Six of us had a great ski trip at Twin Elk B7. The place was quiet, cozy, clean, and pretty convenient. It was an easy walk to and from Main Street and fairly easy ski-in/ski-out. We skied and walked to town everyday. The kitchen was well stocked, garage was big enough for our SUV rentals, and the hot tub was just across the way and felt great after a day on the slopes. The owners are very responsive and really seem to want everything to go just right during your stay. We would go back!
