「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「Better than I expected. Cute and comfortable, easy to walk to Main Street and Gondola. It got warm in August, there is no A/C, but there was a tower fan in the closet that we used to blow outside air into the unit at night and that did the trick.」

「We goto Breck at least a few times per year and have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals. I have to say, this unit was easily amongst the best. It was so cozy, clean, and just exactly what we needed! Close to town, close to the ice arena and walkable to everything. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!」

「Great pantry. Really nice but tight kitchen with two cooking. Beautiful bathroom. Loved the location 1 mile from the north side of downtown Breck so you are away from the town but several restaurants within 100 feet away (the Mexican restaurant did nothing for us tho). Downside is there was no sound on the TV, so we basically had no TV the first night. The owner keep saying to get it to work use the right input button. Very frustrating when that didn't work. So went into settings and menu and...

「My family of 3 stayed here over Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The close proximity to the free shuttle to ski was excellent. And the condo was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and beds were comfy. It was a great stay. Thank you!」

"It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it."
