“Great property! Very accommodating!”

“While the property managers were excellent our stay wasn’t. On more than 4 occasions we had marijuana smoke or cigarette smoke coming into our condo in the early morning and late afternoon. Also our toilet broke and we had to use one in another condo down the hall. Again our property managers were great and these things weren’t their fault but the smoke was especially gross.”

“Great location. Easy ski in ski out to Breck peak 9. Room was very clean and great amount of space for 2 people. Very nice that a humidifier was in the room as it is needed for the dry CO mountain air. Check in / check out was super easy. Only downsides (and these were minor) were indoor hot tub was being renovated (outdoor hot tube was fine just small) and skis are too big to get locked in ski check room. Looks look like locks were made for pre 1990 skis which were stick straight. In any……

“The condo was spacious & clean. Loved the balcony with mountain views & fireplace.”

“Wonderful location!!! Spectacular views!!!”

“We loved staying at this condo in Breckenridge! We were able to walk right to main street every day as well as the river walk and to see the troll statue in the forest. This property is immaculately well-kept. You can tell they care about cleanliness and quality of their furnishings. Not one thing was out of place. We liked the balcony views and that we could check on the hot tub from there. I highly recommend Breckenridge and these properties!”

“great location, nice and clean”

“Great location to downtown. Basically right there. Good value. Was a hard to keep cool this summer, but I would assume generally not an issue at 9000 some feet. Communication very good and quick. I would stay there again.”

“This condo was great! In a very walkable, centralized area off Main Street. I will definitely be back!”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for the week and loved the location! We are fans of being close to Main Street and walking around town, so this location was perfect. The place is good for 2-3 people, we don’t see how 6 could stay comfortably.”

“Excellent property (although small) but great deal, location, accommodation as advertised. Highly recommend for two people and agree with other reviews. Would stay there again.”

“This property is everything you could want in a trip to Breckenridge! Perfect location and excellent accommodations!”

“Location of this place was worth it!!! It’s up the street from Main Street and a few feet from a popular trail. The place had all the necessities and the hot-tub was a fun bonus! The place could have been cleaned a little better, there was old food on some of the silver-ware, left over pet hair here and there, the floor wasn’t the cleanest, and some areas were very dusty. Besides those, check in was easy and smooth, the property was great, safe, and I felt I got my moneys worth!!! Would stay……

“The property was clean and in a great location, we could walk to Main Street.”

“There is no AC in the room. Room is like hot chamber for prisoner. Can not sleep in the room and host didn't respond after 5 pm. It's terrible. Not recommend to rent this property. It also down grade expedia reputation.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PRO- Location! Loved being able to be on main street within a minute of walking outside the condo. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and hear music from the restaurants right in front of us- it didn't go very late, maybe 8 or 9. Parking……
