Ski In/Out at Snowflake Lift; Hot Tub!
Enjoy your vacation in the peaceful Los Pinos complex, located across the street from the Snowflake Lift and Snowflake Run and next to a Free Ride bus stop that will take you one stop to Beaver Run and the base of Peak 9. 3 bedroom/3 bath condo only a few blocks from Main Street. Private heated one car garage and room for one in front. On-site complex hot tub. Two private balconies offer views of pine trees to the east or the mountains on the west side. Sleeps 10.
The space:
• Top floor end unit; the only shared wall is on the entryway side of the living room.
• Dedicated entry with bench and coat hooks.
• Open concept kitchen/living/dining with vaulted ceilings
• Living room with gas fireplace, comfortable seating with two oversize chairs and a sofa with a pull out sofa bed.
• A peaceful private covered deck off the living room with a table and two chairs, a bench and views of trees and town.
• Private deck off the bunk room with a table and two chairs featuring views of the mountains.
• Large dining table with seating for 6. Kitchen peninsula has 2 additional barstools for extra seating.
• Full-kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve a meal.
• Private heated garage.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
• Top floor master bedroom with king bed, flatscreen TV, and attached bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower, dual sinks, walk in closet and wall gas fireplace featured in both the bathroom and the bedroom.
• Main level second bedroom with king bed, flatscreen TV and attached full bathroom.
• Main level third bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds, flatscreen TV and private deck.
• Living room with queen sleeper sofa.
• Hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
• In-unit private washer/dryer.
Building and Amenities:
• Parking: Guests are allowed to park one car in the private heated garage and one directly in front. The complex does not have additional parking so additional vehicles will need to utilize town overflow options.
• Ski-in/ski-out location across the street at the Snowflake Lift base area, which has a full service ticket window and ski shop (Charter Sports).
• In the summer, hike the Sawmill Reservoir trail from the Snowflake lift or connect to the miles of trails surrounding Breckenridge.
• One outdoor on-site hot tub located at the end of the complex, open year round.
• Access to the Upper Village Pool clubhouse (1/2 mile away) with hot tubs and outdoor pool is open seasonally (closed in spring and fall, open in summer and winter). See below.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse:
• Heated outdoor pool
• 1 Indoor hot tub
• 2 Outdoor hot tubs
• This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2025 CLOSURE dates:
Fall maintenance 9/14/25-11/21/25
*This clubhouse is not on-site and is located at 450 Village Rd. In the winter it is easiest to drive there but please note that parking is limited.
Occupancy Limit: 10
Parking Limit: 2, one car heated garage and the spot directly in front. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage or the spot in front must park in the town overnight pay lot.
Location!
• A few blocks from Main Street shopping and dining
• Located across the street from the Snowflake lift and the bottom of Snowflake run (both are open dependent on snow pack and may be closed early and/or late season)
• Near to hiking and biking trails in the summer, including the, easy, beautiful Sawmill Reservoir hike where moose can frequently be seen (please keep a safe distance)
• Across the street from the BlueSky Lift ticket office and Charter Sports ski rental shop (we have discounts for rentals!)
• Easy access to Beaver Run; hop on the free bus at the Grand Timber Lodge bus stop just around the corner and take it one stop to Beaver Run. Bus runs every 15 minutes.
***Peak 9 is closing on 4/12/25, and the Snowflake Lift will close on 4/19/25***
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided.

• We don't require chores upon your departure. This is your vacation! Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required.
• Well-stocked properties with quality items.
Other things to note:
» The minimum age of the primary renter must be 25.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
» Pets are not permitted.
