  • Located on snowflake lift this studio has it all. Newer queen mattress and additional sofa sleeper. This studio easily sleeps 3. Less than a 5 minute walk to all the hot spots the town has to offer. This building is one of the newer buildings in Breckenridge. Heated covered parking, indoor/outdoor hot tub and steam/sauna with gym onsite and laundry! Host can not guarantee access to any amenity due to unforeseen outage or maintenance being performed

Location was great - ski in/out very easily and convenient to shuttle bus stop and to walk to town. Ski lockers were also very useful, as well as exercise room access. Undercover parking great (I didn't need it myself). The main bed was extremely comfortable however was a little disappointed with how the room was equipped otherwise e.g. no proper kitchen knife for preparing food, limited cutlery and crockery, no tissues and not enough toilet paper, nowhere to sit to eat meals other than on your lap on a very uncomfortable sofa. The room is compact and fine for 1 or 2, but would be a squash for 3 or 4. Instructions for wifi sent pre check-in were wrong (correct ones in the room but almost impossible to read), there was no guide on how to use the TV, and some directions on where to find the room would help as the signage in corridor is very misleading, especially after 30 hours travelling there. Overall I was pretty happy with the property however a few small fixes would make it fantastic.

Great Stay!!

We had a great stay in Breckenridge!! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions. The stay was nice, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and made sure I felt welcome. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Breckenridge.

This place was perfect for me and my 18 year old son. The ski lift is right outside the door, and Main Street is a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

Quick Getaway to Breck

Loved the location of our condo. It was perfect for my son and I. Easy in and out and getting to the lift and equipment rental. Our Host was excellent communicating and met our needs. Thankful for a great trip and would definitely book again!
