Studio with Loft BR - 200 steps to Snowflake Lift, Sleeps 4, Heated Garage

Covid-19 safety: Our cleaners will wear masks and disinfect all high touch areas and fresh linens will be turned over with each rental. We will continue to evaluate the situation following local guidelines to determine what is necessary for 2020/21 ski season. Our unit has a private open air stairway and entrance.

Ski In - Practically Ski In/Out location close to both the Snow Flake Lift and 2.5 Blocks from Main Street Breckenridge

Heated garage to keep the snow off your car with locker for storing skis.

Condo works nicely for families with 2 younger children. Loft has a rather low ceiling.

New Hickory floors, kitchen window, blinds, and fireplace makes our condo brighter and cozier.

Studio Condo with loft bedroom is located on 4 O'clock Road. The Snow Flake lift is 200 steps from the front door, and an exit from the 4 O'Clock ski run is 50 feet from the front door. Condo has a lockable ski box and its own heated garage parking.

This is a studio condo, the main level is 370 square feet and the loft bedroom is 140 square feet.

Queen Murphy bed on main floor, and loft bedroom with two twin beds. Full kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Main Street Breckenridge with a variety of restaurants is 2.5 blocks away. Standard bathroom with shower/tub combo. Common laundry room downstairs with three pay washer and dryers.

New 40' flat screen TV, DVD player, Stereo, small movie collection.

Heated community swimming pool with 3 hot tubs five minute walk from condo. Complete changing facilities with lockers at pool area. Winter / Summer hours open until 9 PM. Pool access is closed from late September until opening ski weekend and from closing ski weekend until Memorial Day.

Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December.

Absolutely perfect place for reunion with college friend!! Super cozy- complete with wonderfully stocked kitchen for endless coffee and cooking and comfy seating in front of electric fireplace for catching up late into the night! It was also quite delightful to be super close to Main Street and heated pool! We walked everywhere! Great stay!

Breckenridge Stay

I was very pleased with my stay here. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and very close to Snowflake lift. The host was particularly helpful and responsive, and let us stay parked there for a few hours after we checked out so we can get a few more runs in before heading back to Denver to catch our flight. I would stay here again.

Fun loft space for kids

Unit was as described. Tight space but very efficient layout! Laundry was convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with serveware for a family, and the half-size dishwasher was perfect for daily use. We donated some dishwasher detergent. Uphill trek to Snowflake lift is a minor drawback, not really an issue if you don’t have young children, and in any case it is less than a block!

Cute condo and great location

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo. It is small, but the listing is accurate and there was enough room for our family of three. The upstairs loft ceiling is low so make sure you are able to crouch down a little to get in and out of the beds. It was well stocked with the essentials, and there is a community laundry room about 50 feet from the unit that requires an app to pay and use the machines. The location is the best part. About a block slightly uphill to the snowflake lift, and the 4 o'clock run literally takes you all the way back until you are across the street from the the condo. Close walk to main street. If you don't mind a small unit and low upstairs ceilings I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Nice clean condo Great location for ski season

This was a clean and well maintained older condo. You could tell it was owned by individuals, rather than a management company. There were plenty of homey touches (spices, salt&pepper, plastic bags, etc) that I used to take for granted when renting a ski condo, but seems to have disappeared in the last few years.Owners were responsive and clear in their communications. I will definitely look to rent this condo on my next trip to Breck.

This place was perfect for our family ski trip! It was cute, clean and extremely close to snowflake ski lift and the downtown, making everything super convenient. The laundry access was a great bonus after long days on the slopes. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Location

Location of this condo unit is fantastic. You don’t need a car to ski or go into town. You can check your skis at the snowflake ski lift and you don’t have to carry them back-and-forth to the hill.

Limited space, outdated, great location

Here's a draft for your Vrbo review based on your experience:---**Rating: **I recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. While the location is excellent, with easy access to the ski lift and nearby rentals at the bottom of the Snowflake lift, there were several issues that marred my stay.The space felt small and cramped, which was a bit uncomfortable for our group. We also encountered cleanliness issues that were disappointing. Many of the coffee mugs and dishes were chipped, which unfortunately led to a cut finger during our stay—definitely something that needs to be addressed for safety.Additionally, the loft had very low ceilings, making it feel even more confined. There were also challenges with accessing the pool and spa; the owner informed us that we would need to go into town to pick up the access card, which was inconvenient.On a positive note, Breckenridge skiing is absolutely amazing, and the proximity to the lifts was a highlight. However, due to the cleanliness and management issues, I cannot fully recommend this property.

Perfect Retreat

Breckenridge is an amazing place with a plethora of activities to do. Our stay was perfect. The location of this studio condo was perfect! Quick downhill access to the Main Street (be ready for the uphill on the way back). Everything was clean and the kitchen had all you needed as well. We did not use any of the pool or hot tub amenities but it’s a short walk to use it. Quick trip for us with a focus on hiking a 14er (Mt. of the Holy Cross). Highly recommend this location!
