Great spot. Easy access to the shuttle and gondola as well as ski back on the 4 O'clock trail.

Disgusting check in

The location is great, everything else bad. To begin with I booked 7 nights starting March 18, but the confirmation email and the reservation on VRBO shoed 18-24. I had to call and argue with the unit manager to have them change the check out to March 25. Then they refused to give me the check in information, not even the address. I found the driving direction on VRBO. I called them 7 minutes before the check in and they lied to me that the unit is being inspected while I was standing outside the unit and nobody was inside. The unit needs many updates and some things are broken like the garbage disposal which they just unplugged instead of fixing. The unit is very small and there is no sound insulation between the bedroom and living room where the other bed is. I am definitely not going to book with them again and would not recommend to anyone.

Great location, meager room

The property was great, with a nice central lodge and two outdoor hot tubs.Each unit on the property seems to be different, and this unit had not been updated in a while. Bad lighting, 13 inch tv....Def a good location, but still needed to drive to lost restaurants and shopping.

We had a great stay

We were in town for a quick 1-night trip. The property was exactly what we needed. We did a lot of bike riding, shopping and dining in the area. Property and complex is quiet and well-kept. The unit is perfect size for a short stay for 2 people.

Great Location Needs Updates

The property was in a fantastic location. It was a little difficult to navigate the shuttle at first but read the check-in info carefully and it will make sense. Would not recommend walking to lift unless you are in great shape and used to the altitude. Take the free shuttle. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. The tv is extremely small. One of the burners on the range did not work. The bathtub is extremely slippery. The whole place could use new decor and updates. Also including some bottled water woulod be nice. The water from the tap did not taste good. As others have said, this is too small for 4 adults. A family with small kids would be fine, but 4 adults or teenagers would be rough. The hot tubs and game room were nice amenities.

Lovely complex and we were lucky to have a 2nd fl room on the edge of the complex. It is extra quiet but there was still noise coming from neighboring units. There is no elevator so be ready to carry heavy items up and down; mildly inconvenient due to the outside stairs height too low for my ski bag. Hot tub, game room, communal area were a highlight. Despite the below freezing temperature we used the hot tub every night. The most disappointing part was the ski access. Still a bit of walk / hike for ski in; definitely an uphill hike for ski out. It is close enough so not false advertising, just I have Hadith better ski in/out experience.

Quick Visit

The location was very good to catch the bus or walk to town. The condo was a bit dated and NO electrical outlet in the bathroom. Only outlet in bedroom behind the headboard. Wonderful dishes and glassware but pans and cooking utensil bare and dated in this unit.

Its kind of a funky little place. I stayed there with my son. Had our whole family of four been there, I don't think we would have fit.. It's clean, convenient, and easy parking. WiFi password didn't work. Tried it a few times on different devices.

Great location

Nicely located, the place offers a 5min access to all important places in Breckenridge, ski lift, Main Street, gondola, stores… It’s quite a bit small so staying with 2 kids was challenging. Don’t expect too much of a kitchen. Overall, great recommendation for a couple that wants to ski and have a food outside checking out great local restaurants.

Cleaning fee?!?

I’m not sure what cleaning I paid for because the unit was not clean! There was toothpaste spattered on the bathroom faucet, soap on the shower caddy. The shower curtain rod was falling off of the wall which made it impossible to close on either end. One of the towel holders was completely missing. The bathroom exhaust made a horrible sound. The location was the only good thing about this unit.

The place is advertised as "lots of light," but is extremely small and dark inside. Dark cabinets. Dark gold paint. Tiny television. However, it's really convenient. Close to downtown. Easy walk. We were ok with it, but it's only about half the size of a hotel room in its entirety. Just be aware of that fact prior to booking. All in all, it was a decent experience, but somewhat cramped.

Get What You Pay For

The unit was not very clean. There were the last person's dishes in the dishwasher, the shower drain looked had dirt caked on it. It also wasted maintained very well. The blanket on the bed had a few holes, the shower didn't drain well, the bathroom door took effort to close, and the coffee maker lid was broken. The check in process was also silly too. Arrived at 3:50 and had to text several times to get through the automated texts to get check in instructions a few minutes early, even though the unit wasn't reserved the night before. Good location, but poorly managed.

Cozy property

Condo was in a great location! Very clean and had all the necessary items needed. Only drawback is you pay a cleaning fee but never get clean towels and you have to take your own garbage out at the end of your stay. Cleaning fee is quite large when requiring guests to do these things.
