「This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel.」

「Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! 」

「Nice apartment and good location. However the second bedroom was not presented as it was in the photos. In the photographs it shows a double bed with bedside tables and lamps either side of the bed. In reality the double bed is pushed up against a wall and there was no bedside tables or lamps. 」

「1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. 「This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! Very clean and modern. Comfortable stay for our weekend in London.」

「The location was perfect. Close to food and shopping. Arriving from the airport was easy as we took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and our stop was around the corner from our apartment. It was also centralized to many connections from the London Tube system. Coffee was steps from the door. The other grade fine to the apartment was storing our luggage which was steps from our door」

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
