「The ocean view pic we saw was VERY deceptive. It was real, but it was the narrow walkway to the beach, in between the amusement park, and the establishment on other side. Convenient to many things, but we wanted an ocean view, not the main drag out front, and the railroad tracks behind us. Upper balcony, a walkway to all the 2nd floor rooms. Parking is for 1 vehicle, but, there were others NOT registered there, an it is a first come, first park basis. Narrow spots, so a regular sized car is...

「The hotel room is so outdated and dirty, we paid $500 to stay for the night. Hopefully with the prices they charged for the 4th of July, they can do some TLC this hotel desperately needs.」

「We paid for a 4 1/2 star stay at this property, but we honestly felt that it should be rated no more than a two star! We were put in one of four buildings, and this particular building was completely outdated. Furnishings were old and dirty, and the carpeting was filthy…. The lightning was so dim, it made it impossible to safely climb and descend a very crooked steep staircase. The bed was comfortable but the carpet in the bedroom was filthy, and there are no outlets other than in the bathroom...

「5 stars. The service was phenomenal, the spa was great. The pool was beautiful, and a great walkable location to downtown. We also used the bikes to the beach in the AM and they have 4 cards you can use for free, for 4 hour intervals (which we took to dinner) including a G wagon and Maybach. They also supposed us with several treats and gave us a onesie for our baby on the way. Top notch and can’t wait to return.」

「Breakfast is an embarrassment. The property has only one amenity-a small pool, usually loaded with kids. There is no fitness facility, no bikes, no beach passes, long walk to restaurants, no internet streaming on tv, YET they charge a fine print type surcharge of $35 per night called a property charge. If you visit off swim season you get nada for that $35.」

「Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure.」
