「Pretty basic guest house type hotel. Our room was nice and spacious with a jacuzzi bath which was good, it smelt of bleach when we arrived but we left the fan on which sorted that. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The floor was squeaky from the damp under the laminate but that is like many places in Brighton with the sea air.
