“Don’t come here expecting the Ritz - but we were very grateful to find a room that could accommodate 4 during Brighton Pride at the last minute. Yes carpets are threadbare, yes the furniture is missing handles. But (except during pride weekend) this would be a cost effective and well located spot to sleep in. Beds were comfy. Bathroom was run down but clean. It entirely suited our purposes - imagine a much friendlier and slightly shabbier Fawlty Towers.”

They must change the carpets because it was really dirty & full stains you require a bigger fans as the small fans are not useful, I was hoping that I would go to a hotel with Air condition & I was given a room on the 3rd floor & it was difficult to go up & down as I have arthritis on my left leg. “Really nice apartment in a good location, super clean, well equipped and great WiFi. Parking allocation is a bit of a faff along with first time entry, ideally they need to allow you to book parking along with the room. It's the fifth time I've stayed, so they are doing something right 👍”

“We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. Stay away.”

“The host has thoughtfully provided the things that you don't know you need, until you're there. The bed is very comfortable. There are plentiful pillows. The bed linens are top quality. “Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area”

“Spotless room with beautiful en suite bathroom and shower. Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy.
