「Everything was great until it was time for us to check out an early morning. No staff was to be found. We called the number that we were given if we needed help no one answered. They lock the front door so you’re trapped in there. "飯店距離米蘭中央車站很近（約10分鐘內），只是一開始有點不太好找（開車），附近有地鐵2號/3號線，交通也很方便！房間空間很棒也很乾淨，工作人員態度友善熱心，提醒房間冰箱內的飲料是要付費的，記得加入會員可以折抵飲料費用喔！不過停車部分最好先詢問飯店，我們去的時候好像剛好施工不能停（平時好像車位也有限）；整體來說非常推薦，下次來還會想再住的！"
