Villa 15 Tangalooma Resort Moreton Island

This amazing beachfront air conditioned two story holiday villa is located at Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort, Moreton Island. Villa 15 is an end villa.

Fully self-contained this villa sleeps 6, with two bedrooms (Queens size beds) and a sleepout (3rd bedroom 2 Single beds) upstairs. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.The kitchen has a dishwasher. Also there is an ice making and filtered water fridge, and a bar fridge. There is a weber for you to have those great barbecues. The air con is a reverse cycle so you can have it on cool in the summer and warm in the winter throughout the whole villa.

A deck on each level will provide you with many hours of relaxation and the perfect spot to watch Queensland’s amazing sunsets over the mainland and when in season the Whales go by.

For your enjoyment there is a 75 inch TV and a PS4 with games and DVD's for you to choose from. Also a Bose sound bar for you to play your favourite songs from your phone or i pad.

You are welcome to have complimentary use of 3 stand Up paddle boards (SUP) , two single kayaks and a double kayak. The double kayak has 2 glass viewing cylinders in it which allows you to see the amazing marine life beneath you.

How to get there:

The all sand island is serviced by the Tangalooma ferries, departing Holt St. Pinkenba and for 4 wheel drive vehicles only the MiCat departing from Fisherman Island near Wynnum on the south side of the Brisbane River near the Port of Brisbane. If you come on the Micat turn right when you drive off the boat and that that will take you to the resort. Park on the car park and grab a trolley for your luggage. Villa 15 is approximately 200 meters away.

We love Villa 15 at Tangalooma. Think perfect views, incredible wildlife and all the comforts of home. We saw whales, dugong, dolphins, turtles and so much more. Jonathon makes the trip effortless and all communication is seamless. It was the perfect place for our anniversary

Always a beautiful place to stay. Sitting on the verandah watching the incredible sunsets with a short walk to the beach. This unit has everything you require for a great stay plus with a few extra thoughtful touches. This is the 3rd time staying in this lovely unit & we'll be back.

60th Birthday Bash

We hired Villa 15 at the Tangalooma Resort located on Morten Island for the purposes of holding a large gathering of family and friends to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The villas facilities were just fantastic, and the host has also supplied a number of kayaks and paddle boards as well as life jackets, snorkels and flippers. The place is clean and well maintained and we will definitely come back to this venue as the owner is just a delight to work with and helped make our visit so wonderful.

The most amazing host! And the most amazing holiday!

From the moment I booked, Jonathon called to let me know that if we needed anything, just to call him or if we had questions about the island or needed recommendations for things to do or questions about the villa, he was available. He made sure that we knew that everything in the villa was at our disposal, from the paddle boards, and kayaks right though to all the board games and kids toys. It was so helpful as we had never stayed on the island before. The villa was immaculate! The location was perfect. I won't stay anywhere else! Truly the best! Can't wait to go back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa 15. Moreton Island is an absolute gem of a location, and this villa is beautifully appointed with everything you need. Jonathan is easy to deal with and very welcoming, making the entire experience flawless. I can highly recommend this accommodation and location - we'll be back!

Wonderful

We had a lovely stay in Jonathan's villa, it has everything that you could want PLUS a SUP and 2 kayaks that was a lot of fun. There was tennis racquets and games, plenty of things to keep you busy! Very comfortable recliner lounges. Would definitely stay here again. Jonathan was a delight to communicate with and made our booking very easy.

Jonathon has set the new standard on how private villas should be at tangalooma. Absolutely has everything there to keep you occupied in the water to kids toys etc. his neighbours are very friendly people and good to chat too. Definitely be booking this bad boy again for next year. Cheer mate

Very happy with our stay

Great communication with owner, easy check-in process. Villa contained everything we needed. Tidy and clean. Comfortable recliner lounge chairs and beds. Wished we stayed longer, so we were able to use the paddle boards and kayak provided. One carpark from the beach for the resort and Villas. Slight walk to Villa and limited trolleys provided by the resort. Sometimes you just need to walk around the villas to find a trolley. So much to see while on Moreton Island and recommend snorkelling the wrecks in the morning. Our UK friends loved the Villa and we are based in Brisbane and highly recommend.

Something for everyone!!

We spent 5nights at this gorgeous property. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teens (13 & 16) and we are a mixed bag of adventurers and creative souls. So some needed energy, activity and adventure, others time to read and write and just be still. This property and location ticked all the boxes for us. There’s super comfy couch that reclines, plenty of board games and a PS4. One of the main appeals for us was the supply of so much water sport equipment - so no rent g from the resort saving us a bucket load. Paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel masks and life vests - all included. There are lots of little thoughts put into this property that we don’t usually see when we go away. The little chalkboard message from the wonderful owner Johnathon, the supply of some free drinks in the mini fridge (there is also a full sized fridge in the very well equipped kitchen) and then the beautiful quality linen just to name a few. The self contained kitchen was also a must for us. I don’t mind cooking so bringing ALL our food supplies for the entire stay saved us over $1000. The kitchen has everything you need. If you choose to eat at the resort that’s fine but you will pay through the nose for it. Lastly….Jonathon. The owner of this property is a sheer delight to deal with. He has received so many lovely reviews here and I can truly see why. He made the whole process so smooth and was always quick to reply to the many questions I had. So thank you Jonathon. We hope to be back one day again :)

Absolutely perfect stay! The location is excellent, the added extras that other places don’t have (kayaks, paddle boards etc…) save you a lot of to use on other experiences. Jonathan the host is wonderful and we will absolutely be back!! Loved everything 10/10

Great Spot and Great Villa

Villa had everything and more. Jonathan was a great host, and more than happy to answer questions we had about the area. Nice welcome gift on arrival too. We only stayed the weekend so didn’t get a chance to use it but nice to know there was the option to use standup paddle boards and kayaks too if we wanted. Will stay here again.
