「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

Said there was a washing machine and dryer - again poor Communication about where washing machine was and also no dryer available. Ended up needing to go to laundromat which was fine but would have bern good to know prior. Minimal parking but that was clear in the description of the property. 」
