“Hubby and I stayed for two nights while I attended a certification seminar in Pawtucket. The check in was quick and seamless. Room was very clean and AC worked great. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. The issues we had was there was only one working elevator. The 2nd was out of service. There was a lot of waiting. We did take the stairs, but they were really out of the way from our room and the exit. Cleaning staff were waiting to use them as well and unfortunately, they……

“The first night we were woken up at 4:30 am to water coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. We were moved to another room. The sink was leaking on to the floor with gross brown water but they were out of rooms so we just put a towel under it. The only toilet paper in the room was the one that was already on the holder, open. As we were staying 2 more days we called the front desk to provide more. We were gone for the day and when we returned at 1 am there was a roll of toilet paper sitting……

“The place was very good and the staff I met were excellent. I will be back. The property however needs immediate attention. It's understandable that the building itself might always need some upkeep, (heavy water damage had collapsed part of the front overhang), but finding, and more importantly leaving the entrance is outright dangerous. The hotel sign is not visible from the road, (only from INSIDE the parking lot),and the entrance sign is not visible at all until right at it. Leaving in a……

“The room was terribly dirty!!! There was a dirty rag hanging in the shower, the towels were dirty, and the linen was also dirty. Do not stay here! Not recommended!!”

“Room was outdated and with some weird smell in the room. Bathroom needs some update and there was very little bath supplies provided. Two soaps and half roll of toilet paper. Door is not sound proof. Cleaning lady started working and talking in the hall way not stopped in early morning. Price was marked up so high during the concert to 5-Star hotel while the room and service are only 2 stars. Location is super convenient to Gillette Stadium.”
