「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「Basically stayed in a closet. Dead bugs on floor, burn marks in sheets, mold in shared bathroom and spray insulation everywhere. Single room had a lock, bed, fan, and safe with no key. Worked for what I needed but 2/10 reccomend.」

「The location is perfect for visiting Boston. Central location allowing for the ability to walk any direction you’d like to sightsee for the day. Lots activity, shopping, and dining a stones throw. The hotel was old but nicely updated with a cozy lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Super bonus was that parking is available. I would choose this hotel again next time I visit. 」

「Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.」

「the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was in a perfect location that was walkable to Fenway Park and bars and restaurants. The rooms were great and had a record player that you could play vinyl records with a high quality speaker amp. Would 100% recommend and will be staying here every time I visit Boston.」

「I and my husband came for the 128 Boston Marathon. My unit was in 41 St. Stephen Street. The location is very convenient with Symphony Station just round the corner. A short walk to Hynes Convention Centre and Marathon finish line. Whole Food Market is just 3 minutes walk and there are many nice restaurants around. Though in an old building, the unit appears recently renovated with marble kitchen table top, a big fridge, microwave, toaster and electric stove which is very efficient in cooking....
