“The apartment is a sparkling clean studio in central Hoboken, near the main thoroughfare, Washington St, and close to the water. The location was perfect to experience both ends of Hoboken as well as to get into the City easily. Everything worked in the Apt, and AJ was great in answering any questions. Being an older building, just be aware there are not many free outlets, but we had a splitter and had no issues. Great place to stay for a couple or solo traveler.”

“This unit is very close to the Rudgers University Hospital. The unit was very secured. We like the private parking. Check in and check out process was very smooth. I highly recommend this unit. It was very spacious and well equipped. The only thing that I will recommend to the host is to add mirrors to the bedrooms. Other than that our stay was very pleasant.”

“I had read the reviews which were mixed and decided to take a gamble. The bad reviews were older so I thought maybe things had turned around. Unfortunately I would say the same issues that people complained about in the past persist. 1) there are two real bedrooms with queen size beds. The third bedroom was off of the common room with a large couch that the owner stated could be used as a bed. It also had no curtains 2) there was one towel and no extra bedding for the couches to really make……

“Gran experiencia, el apepartamento es igual a las fotos, tiene todas las amenidades en cocina, en el baño tienen toallas, dejan jabon y shampoo tambien para uso, la cama es muy comoda, y el sofá cama igual. Tengo mi bebe y fueron muy amables en darle su cuna, realmente todo muy bonito y una gran ubicación cerca a la parada de bus. En la esquina esta la tienda con Productos latinos y al frente una licorera, a pocas cuadras tiene una estacion de gasolina y es una zona segura para caminar.……

“Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. ”
