Front desk was amazing super accommodating and very friendly, the room just needed to be cleaned a little bit better I used to be a housekeeper so I have high standards in cleanliness. But our stay was great, will definitely stay here again!

Affordable stay in Brookings

Convenient location in brookings. Free parking. Front desk check in was quick and easy. Room was clean except stains on the white comforter. Bed could have been more comfortable but for the price you can’t beat it

Good Value

It is a reasonably priced no frills motel. They appear to be doing updates. We found our room clean, comfortable, adequate. It's right on 101, but not too much traffic noise and no people hanging around in the parking lot. The ocean view is over roof tops from across 101.

The ocean views were good and the staff super helpful, but the beds were hard, there wasnt and air conditioning, and the pillows were incredibly small and had almost nothing to them. The staff did provide a box fan and the room was clean.

Good stay - basics covered!

Decent room that covered the basics. Clean and comfortable bed, fresh towels, and coffee. Room had a TV, microwave and fridge, and a desk with a large monitor. Owners were nice. Hotel was within walking distance of both town and Harris Beach.

The staff was very nice and had no issues. The only thing was the place needs some more help cleaning. The floors were very dirty to the point of my kids feet turning black everytime they walked on it. Everything was pretty dusty. Over all it was a very chill and quiet place and i didnt feel unsafe at all just needs some extra cleaning
