“Very spacious for a 1 bedroom! The porch is bigger than it looks in the photos. The location is wonderful. Right across from public beach access and a tiki bar. Very quiet area with easy access to everything else OIB has to offer.”

“Condo was beautiful and very clean. Only a 3-4 minute walk from the beach! Loved sitting on the balcony with our morning cup of coffee! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at Oak Island.”

“Exceptional stay with amazing views! This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it never disappoints! Spacious, clean, well equipped vacation home with beautiful outdoor space to relax and admire the view! The host, Katharine, is always very responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have an unforgettable stay! Our group really enjoyed the location being on the quiet end of the island but still close enough to enjoy all that OKI and Southport gave to offer! We will……

“Wonderful! Very clean! Great location.”

“I have stayed in many units in this community through the years. This condo was not at all as presented. Condo was dirty and in desperate need of a good deep cleaning. Dirty grout in the master shower, dirty floor grout, dust in closets, dirty baseboards, and dirty kitchen drawers (hair in the silverware drawer). Would not stay in that unit again. Very disappointed! ”

“Room was excellent - clean and well stocked!!Wish there would have been an elevator - I am 60 and a lot of steps to third floor. Also, a lot of steps up and down over the dune to get to the beach.”

“The host responded to all my questions quickly and made the entire process easy. The condo was clean and perfect for our beach vacation. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and cart provided in the outdoor storage closet. Would stay here again!”

“Loved the studio and the location. Host was wonderful. Loved being able to bring our fur baby. We will definitely return for a getaway.”

“Very clean and host is excellent. Love that we can bring our Yorkie with us. ”

“Very clean and had everything we needed. The decor was so pretty. We enjoyed our stay”

“Great location and choice of near by beaches.”

“You couldn't ask for a better beach location! having private access to the beach made quick dips and sunset walks effortless. The space was clean and comfortable The host was responsive and thought of every little detail. 10/10 would stay again!”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was clean, at a great location, and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for two people for the week. We are so glad we decided to stay, and was a great budget-friendly stay for a spring beach trip.”

“The view was great as well as the layout of the condo. AC worked perfectly and the bed was extremely comfortable. That being said I need to bring up the negative…it is in need of some minor repairs as well as a deep cleaning. I did reach out to the management company to make them aware of my concerns.”

“Awesome property!”

“The room was clean and nicely updated. The outside patio area was horrible. The flooring was temporary with plywood and the wall between units was broken with weeds growing up. It was clearly not maintained as I had seen a previous review stating this earlier and it was still not fixed. The pool shown in pics and the pool on site was totally different. The pool with our room was tiny and not clean. However, the proximity to the beach was wonderful and was an easy walk. The area of the beach……
