“I am hooked! This hotel is top notch in almost every way. The staff is exceptional. Jennifer in reception check-in went above and beyond my expectations. Nyzier kept the pools and hot tubs in tip top shape for everyone. And room service? Let me tell you, Tatyana is amazing. The chef at waterscapes is unbelievable with asparagus!
