"Super clean room."

"The ac worked great, pool was great, staff was friendly. We just had a terrible night our first night of our vacation and couldn’t sleep at all. I was in communication with the hotel all day yesterday and instead of giving us another night to make up for the first night, they only gave me a discounted rate for another night that I still paid for. I love Hampton inn and always use them anywhere I go. But this experience definitely deterred me away from using them in the future "

"Room smelled of smoke. There were plastic knives stuck to the wall with some unidentifiable substance that was most similar to cream cheese. They did seem to be there intentionally, like a third grade art project. The shower and toilet were functional, and the beds kept us off the floor, so there’s that."

"Room was quite dirty. We found a full beer bottle under the chair. There was hair in the tub and under the bath mat hung over the side of the tub. The hallway was also fairly dirty, as were the stairs. "
