Wonderful View

The condo had a terrific view of the ocean from the balcony. It was located right on the beach with direct and secure access to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and pool area. The condo was accurately described. The kitchen had all appliances and was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. My wife really appreciated the security of the property. Communication from the host was very good. We felt the stay provided good value for the money.

Pros: Management company is wonderful to deal with. Very quick to get back to you with a response. Condo unit: Clean and well laid out. Main bedroom:king. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Comfortable mattress. AC and ceiling fans throughout. Wifi in the unit is steady and pretty reliable. The pool area: Infinity pool is a great bonus. You can bring drinks down as long as its not in a glass container. Smaller gym with only one of each machine. As long as no one else is in there, it’s fine. Cons: The hot water in the condo is set up as an “on demand” as opposed to a hot water tank. When you turn the water on, you have to wait about 30-40 seconds for the water to warm up. It is hard to find a warm temperature. It is either cold or scalding hot. Unfortunate. Wifi: Depending on where you are sitting at the pool it is intermittent. In the gym it is non-existent. Check in: They have a front desk where you check in. They have a security person manning it. They only speak Spanish so it made it a bit challenging to check in. We were able to muddle through with some Google translate. Overall, we would recommend staying in this unit

Perfect Spot

Stayed for a week in April & we loved it so much. The space was perfect for 2 couples, kitchen well stocked and the pool is great. We walked to many different restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Husband and I one week stay long time patrons of PV area

Condo was wonderful and fully stocked, do not expect help from anyone around the property, they do not work for you nor do they act friendly when approaching with questions. You are on your own. We had a great and prompt to respond host so that worked well for us. Condo could use a “deep” clean. As far as location it was good not great but only because if I went out anytime of the day by myself at this end of town I did not feel safe. People were not as friendly as I have experienced in over 30 plus trips to all over Mexico.

Bucerias Again

Very nice property. Great pool and ocean view from Condo Balcony. Had an issue with Condo door, fixed with 24 hours. Eric was in communication on a daily basis, with great recommendations to shop and eat. Centro Bucerias was in walking distance (13 minute walk). Will rebook on our next visit ro to Bucerias.

Best of Bucerias

True to the photos, this condo is beautiful, well appointed and had everything we could need or want. It’s close enough to the restaurants and Bucerias central, but the beach is gloriously quiet. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Bonus was the friendly tenants and owners that we met!
