“I cannot give this hidden gem of a cabin enough stars. Five is not enough! To say we enjoyed our stay is an understatement. The host truly thought of absolutely everything you could need to ensure a comfortable stay! As soon as you walk onto the property, you can feel the love the host put into it. It feels like someone's happy place. It's absolutely filled to the brim with neat things to look at. Every room was carefully thought out. It's a gorgeously cozy cabin set is a stunning location. “Great place”

“We Loved our stay .Parking was easy . The car port can easily fit 3 trucks with street parking big enough for 2 or 3 more cars right out front. The garage held 4 dirtbikes and 3 two seater sxs no problem and was all lockable and we had no issues . The house is huge and everything was clean and ready to go for us . (The showers had great pressure and super hot water! ) overall a great stay definitely would recommend. Wish we went a little later to enjoy the pool that is massive but maybe next……

“Beautiful, clean and private. 10 out of 10highly recommend! We definitely be back.”

“Spiders with cobwebs in the corners of every room, advertisement said a dishwasher- no dishwasher was found, advertisement of a grill but you had to bring propane which we did but grill was absolutely filthy so we couldn’t use, last straw was having mice run across the floors.Supposed to be there 7 days we left after 3.Always trusted VBRO in the past but probably never will again!”

“Me and my son loved this little get away The place was clean and the hosts were more than kind to me and my son. Would definitely recommend this place”

“Great place with ac in every room. Will def return”

“Amanda is a fantastic host and made it all come together. Very helpful and responded immediately to every question. The instant confirmation was perfect. Thank you! Parking was great and the garage was huge. Nice house with everything we needed. Clean which is key. The snacks, a nice touch. The boys appreciated it very much. A lot of history in Matewan. Beautiful area. Awesome trails, food, and people. We had a great time. Can’t wait to return. Thank you.”

“Property was excellent for our multi-family vacation. Everyone was able to be together, but we still could have our own space with the separate cabins. We loved the outdoor amenities, and the swing set and creek were perfect for the kids. The yard space was great for horse shoes and badminton, too! And we saw so much wildlife! Our group had a wonderful time, and we would absolutely come back.”

“Perfect set up for me and guys riding trip”

“Cabin was clean and cozy. The hot tub was clean and super relaxing after a long day on the trails. The host answered any questions we had within a few minutes - we had a great time!”

“Amazing place! Very nicely appointed in a charming creekside location. Randall is very welcoming, attentive and responsive. It's an awesome place to get away.”

“Looking for a great place to stay with quick access to the Hatfield and McCoy Trails? You will not find a better place to stay. Everything was very clean, well kept, and extremely accommodating for our dogs. It is also very close to a gas station, grocery store, and a great hometown restaurant.”

“The beds are very comfortable. I wished there were blankets because the quilt was very thin. It’s quiet and very relaxing. The floors need a deep clean. When I cleaned up some water the paper towel was brown after I finished. There was a smell of sewer when we first arrived but after the diffuser and air freshener it got better. The house had everything you needed for cooking. Love, love, loved the heated bathrooms and toilet seats. We had a wonderful stay and a great time. We did get a……

“This cabin provided an amazing stay for my wife and I. For starters, we loved that it was off the main road but not on the road. The location was more private and serene. We had temperatures in the 90's while we were there but the cabin was nice and cool due to the powerful AC. The comfortable bed provided a good nights sleep every night. So much so that we want a mattress just like it at home. The bathroom was very nice and there was great water pressure. Plenty of soft towels were available……

“Beautiful cabin. Well equipped with everything that you would need.”
