"My stay at the four points hotel in Schiller park was horrible my bathroom in my room had water in the tub when I arrived they said it was broken. It was really loud they don’t have a quiet time the ice machines didn’t work except for on one floor I asked the staff for more towels I never received them"

"The hotel overall was quiet clean and well-appointed My problem came at the start of the trip when the shuttle bus drivers looked at my reservation and told me they did not go to this particular hotel I waited an additional 45 minutes until I was able to convince a driver that he was to take me to my hotel. Also I found out too late that the hotel could have provided me a brown bag breakfast since I was leaving so early in the morning to catch a flight and they did not offer it to me."
