This fun, recently updated home is perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. Just a short walk to Highmark Stadium, it’s a game day fan’s dream—plus parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Inside, you’ll find 3 spacious Buffalo-themed bedrooms - The first floor "Allentown" Themed room comes with a King sized canopy bed, electric LED/heated fireplace, stunning crystal chandelier, large Smart TV, oversized mirror, attached full bathroom, walk-in closet, & sliding doors to the backyard oasis & jacuzzi.

In The Buffalo House on Brompton's 2nd large bedroom, "The Blue Buffalo" room, you'll find a cozy Queen bed, ceiling fan, LED lighting, extra large mirror, and a wall mounted Smart TV. The Buffalo Room, which is also conveniently located on the first floor, is next to a second full sized bathroom and laundry area

Upstairs is our spacious 3rd room, the "7:16 Room" that includes a Queen bed and 2 twins (that could be pushed together if desired) along with a large LED light up full length mirror, dresser, and plenty of closet space. Also on the upper level is the bonus Bills Loft/Game Room complete with an oversized couch, extra large Smart TV, electric LED/heated fireplace, board games, poker chips/cards, & a PS5 (feel free to bring your own games, our supply is limited). Be sure to check out the pizza & wing signs, they are retired window signs from a local pizzeria!

You’ll also enjoy a large cozy living room with plenty of lighting and reading material, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. Our dining area is spacious with a table that can accommodate 7 along with breakfast bar with an additional 4 seats. The newly updated fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a stocked coffee/tea station, as well as wine glasses & bottle of locally made Mafia Vodka ;)

Step outside to enjoy the large privacy-fenced backyard and covered patio—complete with a Jacuzzi brand hot tub that fits 6, outdoor patio furniture with cushions, and a outdoor dining table, a grill, &, fire pit-perfect for pre-game fun or post-game relaxation!

Last but certainly not least, you’ll enjoy our outside Bar Shed that is almost 17 feet long and 14 feet wide (aka: you can fit your whole crew comfortably!) complete with 2 smarts TVs, ambient lighting, full sized Red Bull cooler, large bar with plenty of barstools, cupboards, & heaters to keep you warm for the chilly Buffalo night games.

With its unique charm and unbeatable location, you won’t find a better place to stay and catch all the action of Bills home games.

Even if you’re not a Bills fan, you’ll still appreciate this stylish home & convenient location. Theres plenty of shopping centers, groceries stores, restaurants & bars as well as quick access to the expressway within 2 miles.

Niagara Falls State Park & Clifton Hill Canada are approx 25 miles away, Downtown Buffalo & Key Bank Center is 7.7 miles away, Buffalo Canal Side Waterfront Entertainment area is also 7 miles away. The quaint tourist town of Ellicottville & ski country is a 35 mile drive.

This home is located within 1 mile of the current stadium (0.5 miles from New Highmark Stadium 26/27 season) with a direct route to walk. If desired, we include 2 free parking spots at our second home that is located 0.4 miles from the current stadium for added convenience & less walk time. We need car make/model by game day if utilizing this option.

While we understand that tailgating can get a little rowdy, we do ask that you treat our property & neighbors with respect as this is a beautiful new development & family neighborhood. We hope you love The Buffalo House on Brompton as much we do :)

RULES:

Respect our neighborhood! We love to share the thrill of the home games with visitors but please remember this is a family friendly neighborhood

NO fighting, or menacing behavior will be tolerated. If there is violence of any sort your group will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

Cigarette or weed smoking is not permitted inside the house. Vaping is okay. If there is smoking in the house, a $300 fine will be implemented :/

Please turn on the fan when using the oven/stove to prevent smoke alarms from sounding

Small PRE GAME ONLY gatherings up to 15 people are allowed, NO POST GAME GATHERINGS. There are several bars within walking distance to gather at after games that are busy until 4am, please do not bring the party back to Brompton! We have neighbors that work early in the morning

ONLY the guest named on the reservations are permitted to stay overnight at the house
