"We chose the property because it’s close to the train station, but what we didn’t know is that the staff are wonderful, the breakfast is a fresh and full spread of ash morning, and the beds and comfy. The property is simple and old but it didn’t feel dated or in the least. The only could have used a small fridge or iron, but we also didn’t ask, so maybe that have those on hand or could help if needed. Thank you for the lovely stay! We’d stay again! "Friendly, great parking on site. Can fill up and an alternative was mentioned. Breakfast was the best on our 23 day France trip. No complains on room and bathroom. You may get side where train can be heard passing. For the most part it was not an issue as they run pretty quiet. "

"Lovely hotel- in a great spot. Excellent breakfast- lots of variety for all tastes. Only thing that let the room down was the creeky floor of the whole room that gave the impression to the occupants below and led to a complaint from reception that we were stomping about when in fact we had no shoes on at all! This then made us anxious when we moved around the room which was unfortunate and slightly soured our overall experience."
