"Nice big rooms. Stuff was friendly. The room was not that modern but ok. Good breakfast. The room on the street side was noisy and it was a bit hot in the room. (The AC was not working yet). But for the price it was a nice hotel. "

"Overall we had a comfortable 4-night stay, there were a few issues but the staff mostly found solutions. The location is perfect, 2-5min wall to Serdika station, Vitosha Blvd and not much longer to other sites. The room was too hot and AC couldn’t be changed from 25deg so we had to open the window. Checkin was late so they gave us a better room. There was a dirty cup left in the room, shower gel was empty & phone wasn’t working which they resolved quickly."
