“I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.”

“Good location. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Air con/heating. Convenient store on corner. This is not a ‘hotel’ it is a floor of a building converted into rooms. This did not bother us. We had noisy neighbours one night which may indicate thin walls. Take ear plugs.”

Ben bu oteli özellikle kahvaltısı var diye tercih etmiştim ama maalesef extradan kahvaltıyı dışarda yapmak zorunda kaldık.Kahvaltıyı listeden çıkartmalısınız diye düşünüyorum.”
