The house and decor were charming and heritage-style. The gardens are stunning. The host was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had its own exterior door to the gardens. The breakfast included with our booking was nice, served in a communal dining room. There is a shared lounge room with reading material, TV's, coffee and tea, and homemade treats. For whom it may concern, the room didn't have its own TV and the property is opposite a train track, though neither detracted from our stay. We would recommend this property.

I had a delightful two nights stay at The Bundanoon Guest House. Lucy and Tim are fabulous hosts, the accommodation was clean and comfortable and the public spaces just lovely. The inclusive breakfast and afternoon treats were homemade a and delicious. I would highly recommend a stay there.

We received a wonderful warm welcome on our return visit. Delicious cake for afternoon tea in the lounge/common room on Saturday afternoon. The guesthouse is stylish, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The booking includes a free cooked breakfast. The parking is easy and convenient. There are lots of great bush walks, beautiful birds and a National Park, close by.

This place was friendly and professional. Tim and Lucy have got it so right. Lovely breakfast, afternoon tea great games room . Beautiful room and very comfortable sitting room . Highly recommended it and will definitely revisit.

Excellent place to stay with genuine charm and hospitality. Best place to stay in Bundanoon for a weekend getaway, maybe even in the entire Southern Higlands. Hosts Lucy and Tim are fantastic making you feel very welcome.
