The room was wonderful - very comfy bed, great amenities, extremely spacious and even had a sauna! Location is fantastic - right in the middle of Valletta and close to everything but the room was really quiet, which was an unexpected bonus in such a noisy, busy city! “The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! “Bij de receptie meteen vriendelijk geholpen. De kamer zag er netjes en schoon uit, lekker ruim. En de badkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Heerlijke douche! De bedden sliepen goed. We waren lekker uitgerust. Het ontbijt is superieur! Warm, koud, zoet of hartig. Het was er allemaal. Echt lekker de dag kunnen starten met zo'n ontbijt. Net buiten de poort is de bushalte, waar de bus je naar bijv. Valetta of het vliegveld brengt. Ook meteen in de buurt van het hotel zijn een paar leuke……
