“The staff was very helpful and caring. Got phone call to see if we needed any help, the staff during breakfast checked on every table. Only thing holding this place back is the old TVs but man it’s a great hotel!!”

“Stayed at the Bay cliff house and everything about it was perfect as described with the exception of electrical issues I had the first night with no staff available nor onsite neither over the phone to assist as it was after hours and no 24/7 support. Beautiful view and great space to disconnect and unplug as I needed”

“Room was bot clean. We found pieces of chocolate chip cookies in various parts of room. There were no sheets or extra bedding for the fold out bed. The room smelled moldy/mildewy possible from cleaning of carpet as it was a per room. Bathroom needed a good cleaning around the shower door. Toilet got clogged and i stead of sending someone they offered a plunger...which broke.”

“The view was so beautiful. You got to see the lake from the pool. I got to see so many beautiful sunsets from the pool. The room we’re nice and clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful”

“It's an inn. It was clean, no smells, amazing room service... That lady knocked at exactly 9:30 every morning and moped thoroughly. Breakfast was minimalist and you really can assume that there is none. For what it is, it was exceptional. Parking was great... I was able to park at my door. The parking lot is shared with Popeyes and Dennys. There is a dollar tree, hair store, and a few other fast food chains in walking distance and an amazing Mexican snack shop for deserts about 2 miles away.……

“The place needs to be remodeled. The place was dark and spooky feeling not many people for a weekend. The staff was rude, slow and careless to be helpful or not. Three times I came down to the gas and there was no one there had to call all sometimes and then the gentleman you finally show up.”

“The only thing that we did not like about the property was that the room that we were assigned had a stale smell. We complained and the room was sprayed with a fragrance, but later in the day or the next day we noticed when we returned to the room the stale smell remained. We did not notify that the smell remained but we hoped that it would get better. It did not get better. The breakfast was excellent and had a variety of choices. We enjoyed it immensely.”

“The hotel was extremely poorly managed as well as the service was bare minimum and the rooms were never worth the price! Along with them not having any breakfast included 15.99 for breakfast is crazy with those prices per night as well as no late check out ! Just very disappointing the room was not cleaned to the T and i personally prefer to go elsewhere”
