「When I went to check in the person behind the counter told me I did not have a reservation. This then began a series of events that caused significant stress. My phone was out of power as was my lap top. I took my lap top to a neighboring hotel where I was able to see I DID have a reservation. That person was not there when I returned but check in was fine. When I eventually saw the person in question he said I must have made the reservation that day with no apology」

「Basic small room with ultra small ensuite on 2nd floor, no lift for heavy luggage. Bed reasonably comfortable although just big enough for two Adults. Sink in Ensuite barley big enough to wash hands and water pressure to high so splashes over floor. Just passable for an overnight stop, but would suggest a larger room if you value space to move freely. Breakfast brought to your room which was a bit of a squeeze but it was cooked well and was thoughly enjoyed.」

「房間內很乾淨也還算舒服空間使用的不錯，老闆很聰明省了入住及退房手續，但也有些不安心，萬一我們退房而其他人進入破壞算誰的？。但是早餐真的很差，不如直接不要給早餐，我們自己會準備，因為這裏離最近的超市開車也要10多分鐘，給了餅乾和小小的放很久的麵包及飲料。 隔音敦備不好，隔壁的半夜入住都被吵醒了。」

「We were greeted nicely on arrival. Accommodation close enough from City Centre to walk. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot near by, quite a busy road. Parked at the park, which was luckily free from Saturday to Sunday. Would not call it "luxury" room ourselves but all was fine for what we needed.」

「Covenstead is my preferred place to stay in Glastonbury. It's interior is so unique and a perfect fit for eclectic eccentricity of the town with a great back story too. The rooms spacious & comfortable with nice sized bathrooms plus daily service. Being opposite the Abbey and minutes walking to the High Street it's also a perfect location. Breakfast is unsurpassable with such great menu choices, beautiful cooking and the wonderful staff who can't be more helpful. It is worth every penny and...
