“I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! “I was going to leave a 5 star rating but after my staycation at this hotel I accidentally left my phone charger. I spoke to staff 5 times over a 24 hour period regarding looking to see if the charger was found and every time I called I felt like no one made an effort to look for the charger, I had to give my name and number each time I called as no one would ever call me back with an update. “Everything about sugar bay was amazing from the staff to the food to the amenities absolutely spectacular! Not your typical all inclusive buffet, food was very good and not to mention the exceptional steak house and sushi restaurant on site. You cannot go wrong with staying here! “The room was clean and fully equipped down to ice cubes! Had a lovely partial ocean view and stunning sunsets, and being right in the heart of St. Lawrence Gap dining scene made it so convenient. You’re also walkable to beaches on either side and about a 15min walk away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. Shout out to them, from front desk to the maid staff y’all rock! I didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant, but the menu looked tempting enough……

“Friendly staff, good food, nice smaller resort that can cater well to allergies and food restrictions. Just returned from our first visit at O2. Impressed by the level of attention staff pay to allergies and celiac needs of guests. Staff was well informed and we even had one of the chefs one night check in on us. Its great to be able to actually enjoy our stay without issue in that regards. While this is a smaller resort we found it had everything we needed. Multiple restaurants, great……

“On the positive side, the location is gorgeous, the staff very polite and friendly, the rooms and balconies good size, there is ample free parking, and the Cuppa Cafe "grab and go" was quite good. On the not-so-positive side, the furnishings are "tired" and could really use an update, the bathroom had no shower gel and the hand soap was not the best to use for bathing, the shower had no place to put your own items, the bath towels were dingy and rather worn, our passports in the room safe……
