Lovely place - so not the corporate chain hotel. Had a really good evening meal. Breakfast was also excellent. Packed lunch was a bonus. Hotel is obviously geared for walkers and there seemed to be plenty of maps / info provided by the hotel. All the staff were super friendly. Can't wait to stay again.

Amazing 17th century coaching Inn. Fabulous room and great bathroom. Lovely dinner in the restaurant and so nice to sit in the lounge (with no tv), and enjoy the music and play cards. It was a wonderful stay, and the bonus packed lunch with brilliant!

A last minute booking and we felt very lucky and blessed to find this amazing hotel. From the minute we arrived we were given first class service! Lovely touches, like fresh milk and a welcome bottle of beer and prosecco in our room. Fantastic stay, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The customer service from all members of staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good and the added touch of a complimentary packed lunch and welcome drinks in the room were a very thoughtful touch, as was the birthday dessert presented at dinner for husbands birthday. Would totally recommend Biggin Hall hotel and we will definitely re visit.
