Wonderful weekend in a beautiful house. 12 Adults and two kids with lots of space for all. The host, Henry, was brilliantly communicative. He responded quickly to any questions we had prior to our arrival. The house fitted our needs perfectly. We were celebrating two big birthdays and it was the perfect place to gather with family of all ages. There was a very generous welcome basket when we arrived - full of biscuits, jam, tea and coffee, bread and milk, a bottle of wine and some beers! The kitchen had all we needed and we made the most of it! The outside space was lovely too, with a hot tub and lots of nice garden furniture and barbecue. The weather wasn't great so we couldn't get out as much as we would've liked. Instead we made the most of the cozy, atmospheric log burner in the living area, and amused ourselves with games etc.Thank you Henry for everything.....hopefully we will get to come back in the warmer months and spend some time outdoors but for now we are happy with the lovely family memories made this time. Cheers.
