Everything as expected from the information on the website. Wanted a quiet location and it was, though there was some traffic noise when Windows were open (not a busy road though). Jerusalem Cottage provides the perfect base for a holiday in the Peaks. Ideally located, private, not overlooked with the best views ever. Warm and cosy, beautifully clean with fantastic walks from the very doorstep. Sadly the nearby pub, “The Quiet Woman”, was even more quiet than usual, closed owing to COVID 19. The only negative was the lack of Wi-Fi, but it is freely available in the property across the road if required, and my EE signal was perfectly adequate. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage. Lovely little cottage in a great location with wonderful views. The owners Barbara& Stuart are a lovely couple and very helpful. There are plenty of good walks and lots of places to visit. We will definitely be back.
