“We loved our stay at the General Morgan Inn. We came in on a Sunday and we were one of a few guests in the hotel that evening, which was kind of nice. I will say, nothing was open in the hotel that night, so we didn't get to enjoy anything besides our room and breakfast the next morning. We did enjoy walking up to the outdoor patio in the evening and just standing around looking at the view of the city. Would 100% recommend this place! ”

“Just a little disappointed in the cleaning people for my room there was some type of debris on my carpet. The front desk was very helpful, but it never seemed to get resolved. I don’t think the cleaning lady actually had a vacuum to use. Also, during my stay, I don’t feel a tidied up as much as I should have Otherwise, the downstairs staff was absolutely exceptional Breakfast was expected same stuff you always get Could use some more parking but again you can’t do anything about that not the……

“Parking is limited in front and on the sides. Room in rear but cant use the door or it's broken. Have to walk around and the sidewalk doesn't go all the way around. Very inconvenient. No room service but has a bar? New clean place and rooms. But the elevators doors and panels are not wiped along the top. Was same prior visit a month ago. Over all great place with free breakfast”

“The first room I was given had a LARGE spider that greated me in the bathroom! I requested another room and thankfully was given one. The convenience store area at the front desk needs replenished and maintained. The most disappointing was the free "breakfast." The buffet was very slim. Few choices. No pastries or waffles - but for some reason waffle syrup and strawberry topping were available! Scrambled eggs, steamed patty sausage and a few hard/dry biscuits. Juice was watered down and only……

“The first room we were put in was stinky, stains everywhere--on the floor, on the cloth covered bench, the bedspreads, the bedsheets. Horrible. We asked to change rooms, and it was better in the bedroom, but the bathroom was semi dirty. We survived the night, but will NEVER stay here again.”

“Good place to stay for a night or 2, right off the interstate. It is the quality I expect from this level of motel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.”

“The breakfast was nice. The room carpet is very dirty and sticky. The hallway had not been vacuumed either. There were broken tortilla chips right in front of our door. The carpets definitely need a good shampooing. Other areas in the room were clean, counters, bathroom, inside refrigerator. The bedding was clean and the mattresses were comfortable.”

“This property has no elevators stairs and property is severely not taken care of a lot of people living there not just staying over night. Beds are not mattress base just a hard base the only high point was pool was clean”
