“This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments. The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.”

“Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!”

“Reasonable”

“Clean room, friendly staff! Conveniently located next door to a sports bar”

“This is my go to hotel when visiting Rochester! Perfect for families, lots of room space and breakfast is always hot and fresh. Highly recommend!”

“The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.”

“Room was nice. However the air conditioning seemed not to cool off much. The toilet needed to be tightened up. I know things dont get fixed like they used to. We will stay here again. The last time was at a different hotel and that was really bad.”

“Not good ”

“Good breakfast”

“I love it.”

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“Terrible hotel. Smells terrible (they definitely don’t care about the no smoking policy) The front desk employee never asked for a card so he just charged what was on file which was not supposed to be charged. When we get to the room, it was not the room type I reserved. The carpet was shredded, the bathroom door had a hole kicked in, the shower was so rusted I doubt the drain even worked. Definitely not clean let alone SAFE feeling. Was supposed to stay for a 3 day medical……
