「This is my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, we did not have to walk more than 10 minutes for any major attraction. The apartment itself was luxurious, clean, and just absolutely beautiful. The shower was so relaxing, and we were even given complimentary wine! There is a vending machine with alcoholic beverages, sodas, and water, as well as an ice machine. Plus, the washing machine allowed us to get some laundry done mid trip! I have never written a hotel review...

「Very clean and great location! Building was tastefully renovated— we learned that the owner is an architect. They did a wonderful job; kept the historic authenticity and installed modern, convenient facilities such as the new, spacious bathroom. Location is next to the backside of Uffizi, and steps away from many sight seeing places; steps away from restaurants and shops. We walked to all major sites. Staff all very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!」

「Beautiful room, very clean, big comfortable bed in the king deluxe and great location. No lotion or tissues in bathroom and if you need anything, reception is only available until 8pm except for emergencies- we needed an iron because ours broke and would have been charged if we called after 8pm for a non-emergency- would definitely stay again.」

「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and the rooms were big. My room had a bedroom, a living room, and the beds were comfortable. The location was good too as it was away from the main bar scene of Florence but walking distance (15-25 min) to everything Florence had to offer. The hotel has no amenities but worth it.」

「Dark, minimal lighting, depressing. Arived after 4 p.m. Sent code to get in front door and apartment. Card on table for room 4 didn't work. Another guest tried it to. Called then found keys in office as instructed to open room 4 door. Lights wouldnt work as no card. Told on phone to take hidden key to a cupboard in office and use the master card in my room for my lights which worked. THIS NEANT I COULD HAVE ACCESSED EVERYONE'S ROOM. SHOCKING BREACH OF PRIVACY AND SECURITY. Took over an hour...
