“This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Centrally located in the heart of old Seville, literally steps from all of the major attractions, restaurants and shops. This 15th century palace with stunning architecture provided the authentic and historic Seville setting we were looking for, with modern amenities. Service was top notch by the entire staff, especially the daily personal breakfast by Gonzalo in the beautiful dining area. We thoroughly enjoyed his morning company, conversation……

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I really appreciated the daily water refill — such a thoughtful touch! Room is being cleaned everyday. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of variety to start the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the area easy and convenient. Highly……

“Lovely staff, clean & crisp rooms, cool building and rooms - not big, but enough to be comfortable. We loved our yogurt, fruit, pastries, juice & coffee breakfast that was included and the members in our group who wanted more were able to order that. Great location to walk to all the must see sites. Nice and quiet since the roads didn’t accommodate most cars. Cozy rooftop deck was a nice place for some afternoon G&Ts. Great water pressure in shower!”

“Great location! The hotel is brand new and has spacious rooms with large windows. Staff are pleasant and helpful too. I wish the pool area was a bit cleaner but then again, we came at the beginning of spring. Beds were extremely hard and the perfume/scent in the hotel was overbearing and took a while to get used to. Otherwise, a lovely place! ”

“The apartment is spacious and newly renovated. Everything is clean and there are good facilities, including washing machine, cooking utensils, etc. It is at the heart of the city, so it is convenient to go to the tourist spots. Above all, Alfonso and his colleague are very helpful. He contacted me making arrangements to ensure that I arrived safely. I will definitely stay in this apartment again if I go to Seville next time.”

“地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 ”
