「Everything was fantastic, we stayed in Bayethe and the rooms were huge, well stocked and beautiful. The service from the Rangers, the housekeepers, The Lodge staff were all amazing too. 「Our stay was incredible. Desmond, our guide, gave us some incredible sights and we were really lucky to see 4 out of the big 5 alongside various other interesting animals. The reserve is vast and there is plenty to see, the fact that there are various lodges across the reserve means even if you have a fairly quiet hotel, there are plenty of rangers out doing drives which helps your chances of animals being spotted and your ranger making their way there. 「Friendly staff and a comfortable stay in a scenic and quiet location. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm and cosy as it is winter and quite cold once the sun sets. Really convenient for visiting the Big Tree, bungy jumping etc. 」

「The highlight of our holiday to South Africa! Worauf sich Gäste jedoch einstellen müssen: - 7,5km Anreise auf einer sehr schlechten „Safari-Straße“ mit vielen Schlaglöchern und anderen Hindernissen - Kein TV in Suites (Für uns war das nicht störend da die Lage traumhaft ist) - Auswahl an Essen etwas limitiert」

「Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von der Lodge. Die Anfahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW eigentlich unzumutbar und bei vorherigem Regen nicht machbar! Der Gemeinschaftsbereich ist sehr schön, aber das war’s dann auch schon! Die Unterkünfte sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen einer Modernisierung. Das Personal ist bemüht, aber nicht sehr geschult und wirkt teilweise unbeholfen. Das Abendessen (in Buffetform !) war wohlwollend betrachtet bestenfalls durchschnittlich, das Frühstück...
