Wonderful flat - clean, well decorated, well located on the heart of a main shopping street, and easy to get around the city. The property managers were wonderful as well - helpful and responsive and gave lots of suggestions for places to eat in the area. Overall a great experience and I would stay again!

A window to warm serendipity

A wonderful stay with wonderful hosts.Luca was available for requests and very kind host .Both of them were supportive hosts, A home away from home. Sparkling clean and a beautiful apartment right in the middle of a bustling citta and well connected area. Fabulous recommendations for restaurants.Will surely revisit . Don’t miss out.

The property is in an excellent location. It is quite hilly around Cagliari but it's good for you! The room we stayed in was beautifully stylish. I loved that we had the use of a roof terrace abundant with flowering plants and plenty of tables and chairs for all. We weren't expecting breakfast but were surprised to receive cards for the local Piccolo cafe and restaurant where we could have a small continental breakfast each day. It was a pleasant surprise. The only thing I would say is that we weren't so keen on was that our room being at the front of the building was quite noisy from early in the morning until quite late at night and we had a very noisy fridge which rattled a lot. I luckily had ear plugs with me! It didn't stop our enjoyment and we would definitely visit Sardinia again. This is a fabulous place to stay and it is so central that you can walk everywhere. The beach is only a short bus ride away from the main road. An excellent holiday property with friendly and helpful owners who are around most days.

Perfect apartament very well located

The apartment is just perfect! All clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, kitchen with all appliances. And a wonderful location in the center of Cagliari, close to everything on foot and 15 minutes by bus from the beach.

This is the best place to stay!! Right on the main shopping streets with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Only a 10 min walk from the train station from the airport. Luca was amazing and even sent us a list of places to eat. The terrace was beautiful and the photos do not do it justice.

Emplacement idéal au pied du bastion de Saint-Remy, l’hôtel a été décoré avec goût par sa gérante. Son fils Luca est également très disponible via WhatsApp. Parking souterrain à proximité (10 min à pieds). À recommander !

Ik heb acht nachten gelogeerd in Janna ‘e Mare in Cagliari en kan dit adres van harte aanbevelen! De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch: midden in het centrum, direct aan de winkelstraat, maar toch heel rustig en veilig. Als vrouw alleen heb ik me hier enorm op mijn gemak gevoeld. Cagliari is een stad met veel hoogteverschil, en juist deze plek is ideaal: dicht bij de haven, waar het vlakker is, en toch ook vlak bij de hogere delen van de stad. De kamers zijn brandschoon, netjes en uitstekend geïsoleerd – ondanks de levendige straat hoor je binnen helemaal niets. Daarnaast is er een fijn dakterras om te ontspannen. Alles wat je nodig hebt, ligt op loopafstand. Wat mijn verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was de gastvrijheid van Luca en zijn moeder Maria. Ze zijn zó vriendelijk en liefdevol dat je je meteen thuis voelt. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in een gezellige bistro om de hoek, waar je eveneens met warmte ontvangen wordt. Kortom: een prachtige B&B, perfect gelegen, schoon, comfortabel en met een hartverwarmende gastvrijheid. Ik raad iedereen aan hier te verblijven – je zult er geen spijt van krijgen!

Pittoreskt och mysigt boende mitt i Cagliari

Fantastiskt boende som var jättemysigt och rent. Tyst och lugnt boende trots mitt i staden och det var gångavstånd till allt. Mycket trevligt bemötande och vi fick många värdefulla tips av Luca. Smidigt att checka in. Vi är jättenöjda och kommer med glädje tillbaka.
