Good location and Clean big room , the building has more hotels but this one was the best of them , made me feel that my choice was good and will come back here Again , thanks to Hostel Vienna Staff .

At first they claimed that I haven´t paid with my credit card via hotel.com so they charched me twice. And he refused to give me my money back even when I showed him the action on my bank account.

No room for me when I arrived
I will be contacting Orbitz for a full refund. The room I reserved was already full, and they said they don’t work with Orbitz. Therefore, they said I need to get a refund from Orbitz, but that they could rent me a single room (1 twin bed) with fan for 150 EGP. We (2 people) had reserved a king room with AC. Given that we had no choice, and it’s too hot to walk around looking, we took it. So as of now, I have paid cash for a room, and never received the room that I pre-booked and paid for. They declined to cancel the reservation, claiming there was no signal. Orbitz, help!
