"Great ocean front location, staff, pools as well as parking in the garage at no extra cost. A friendly atmosphere and roomy apartment. Had trouble with the TV, and the maintenance man responded immediately and replaced the CD unit (at 9:30pm). This was our second visit and it did not disappoint."

"There needs to be some amenities here. There isn’t even coffee or tea in the lobby. The hotel could use a makeover."

Dunes Village Resort

"This was our first time staying here and it was a good choice since we needed 2 bedrooms with a common living/dining area. Check in was ok but no one told us how to get into the parking garage across the street. So we try to get in the garage in the dark and couldn't access it. Had to call the hotel front desk from the gate with cars backed up behind us and ask how to get in and was told we needed to use our room card to tap a sensor on the gate. Would have saved us a lot of headache to have been told that at check in! But the hotel itself was fine. Although no one must have used the coffee maker in the kitchen in a while since a spider crawled out of it when I opened the top. The beds were comfy and the view was amazing from the balcony. We didn't use the water park area during our stay but it looked busy. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning (which is located in another building) and we would have been better off to have gone out to a restaurant. It was ok. Food was pretty much hotel breakfast quality food. I would skip it. But it was good stay overall"
Ocean Isle Inn

"Ok for a short stay"
